The worm Gear Motors supplied by us to our esteemed clients have superior efficiency and its accurate and precise parts machining helps in silent operation. With a single reduction stage worm gear motors can achieve high transmission ratios.

For gear motors that have size 27-86, they are provided by life long lubrication & free maintenance and for sizes up to 72, light weight die-casted aluminum casing is available. These gear motors are available in pre-helical stage execution or double worm execution that has higher reduction ratios. VF Series Worm gear motors are usable for any practical application due to its range of accessories including the execution with torque limiter.

We supply planetary gear boxes of series 300 to our different clients. The series is available in 14 basic sizes, 300 through 321 frames. These gear boxes cover a range of transmissible power up to 250 kW and a rated torque up to 500,000 Nm.

Worm GearMotors / Gear Motors -W Series

The W Series Worm Gear Motors are designed in combination with casing and fully machined surfaces that allow multiple mounting positions inclusive of a shaft mounted one. The gear motors of this series have unique features of low noise levels available at affordable prices. Our company also supplies light weight die-casted aluminum casing for sizes up to 75 and in In-built pre-helical stage execution for higher reduction ratios. Options available for this series are:

• Solid single output shaft

Our company procures excellent quality motor variators from reliable sources only. The motor variators of principle function of V Series of this mechanical planetary variable drives in oil bath is to be referred to that of planetary reducer-units.

Salient features of motor variators are:

• Speed adjustment or a speed variation range 1/5.5 is continuous and can be made by means of drive hand wheel
• Remote speed control option available, on output side as well
• Availability of IEC flanges allow coupling with various series of gearboxes to further reduce speed range.

We also offer motor variators that are available in different arrangement for speed variations of I: 00 that have a compact design. In addition the unique properties of reliability and zero-maintenance make the VBG series a variable speed, cost effective solution.

TA Series of mounted shaft are a handy application, where varied output speed is required from an external drive. Various features of the TA Series mounted shaft are:
